PolyFlex System

The PolyFlex system is an industry-first and specifically engineered for coloring and coating loose fill rubber. Operating in one of three modes, manual, semi-manual and automatic, operators have complete control over all system functions from a PLC-driven control panel for a consistent, quality outputs. All inputs are weighed and calibrated according to custom recipe settings.

The PolyFlex system features a 360-degree rotating mixer, a lined trough and welded, polished steel arms and blades that limit urethane build up and make cleaning easier. A 275-gallon-capacity urethane storage tote is equipped with a heat blanket for maintaining a consistent urethane temperature. The PolyFlex system is available in capacities of 2,000 and 4,000 pounds per hour.

Reflex Series

The reflex Series is the industry's most efficient coloring system. it is capable of coloring a wide range of material sizes, ranging from 30 mesh rubber granules, to 1-inch chunks and rubber buffings. Automatic infeed and outfeed adjustments ensure the consistent flow of product through the machine.

 Available with capacities of 8,000, 12,000 and 16,000 pounds per hour, Reflex offers fully automated controls to accurately monitor colorant usage and to adjust colorant application rates and output. Reflex also can be outfitted with accessory equipment, such as drying conveyors, hoppers and scales. It is available in both single- and dual-coating systems.

Second Harvester® Coloring System

Second Harvester® is the original multistage mixing system that revolutionized colored mulch production. It produces uniform color-enhanced mulch at a rate of up to 150 cubic yards per hour. Design for simplicity and automation, Second Harvestor is a one-person operation available on stationary, mobile and skid systems. Its 13-cubic-yard hopper meters wood fiber directly into the mixing chamber for optimal coverage.
